DESCRIPTION:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed understanding the dosages, effects, and reactions to medicationsEnsures all aspect of care is providedAdminister general nursing care to patients in the assigned area under the direct supervision of the RN SupervisorPerforms related duties as required/ Administrative duties as requiredMaintain accurate documentation in records.
Check control drugs, review lab reports, review physician orders
Qualifications:
Current RN licenseCurrent CPR certificationCopy of updated PhysicalCopy of updated 2 Step TB results/ Chest x-ray
