Responsibilities & Attributes:
The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reviews claims in which denials have been received from the payer Performing follow up on hospital denials Identifies the root cause of the denials Analyzing & trending of denials, communicating trends back to leadership Utilizes all available resources to effectively research/review the denial and completes steps to submit information necessary in order to process an appeal Ability to multi-task is required Excellent phone etiquette skills required Work with many hospital systems Demonstrates knowledge of insurance regulations/policies and the ability to work with payers to get the claims resolved or paid.
Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude at work Strong knowledge in Excel Revenue Cycle knowledge/experience Job Type:
